As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, in addition to the Realtor courses and continuing education, I have also competed additional course work designed specifically to enhance my skills in pricing properties, creating accurate Market Analysis and guiding clients through any anxieties and misperceptions about the value of their home.  

The 21st century has so far presented multiple challenges to the real estate industry, notably a housing boom and rising property values in the early 2000's, followed by economic decline, mortgage defaults, and a very unsettled market place.  Currently, we have record low interest rates and a lack of inventory for our buyers that is driving housing prices up with most homes on the market receiving multiple offers within days!  

Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology and a commitment to approaching the pricing assignment from many perspectives.
