Seniors Real Estate Specialist

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, in addition to being a Realtor, I am uniquely qualified to assist 50+ year olds in housing sales and purchases.  I have taken additional education courses on how to helps older adults and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. 

I take a no-pressure approach and focus on what best serves you, the client.   I can help you determine what is alternative is best for you and make sure all options have been explored.  Downsizing a lifetime's worth of possessions is not an easy or quick thing to do and we will take all the time needed to make you feel comfortable with the process.  The emotional demands the sale and/or purchase of a home can take a toll and my job is to minimize the stresses and make you feel at ease every step of the way.  I understand the needs of an older client and can help you make the best decisions for yourself or your loved one and I'm happy to include any other family members needed to help make the decisions.  

If I can suggest one thing, it would be to have a discussion with me regarding a change in living situation before it becomes a necessity!  It's much better to plan ahead for the future and know your options before some type of emergency situation makes it necessary and much more stressful.
